How do I change or cancel a booking?
Sign in to your Airplaner account, open the booking from "My Trips" and follow the change / cancel flow. If a change isn't available online, message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments run through PCI-DSS compliant processors with end-to-end encryption. Airplaner never stores full card numbers on its own servers.
How do I become a distribution partner?
